The ground rules for using Sutertai — plain language, no surprises.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sutertai website, API, and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Sutertai Private Limited ("Sutertai," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, depending on severity.
As between you and Sutertai, you own the prompts you submit and the images we generate for you, on every plan including Free. You're granted a full commercial license to use, reproduce, and modify your generated images, with no attribution required, subject to the acceptable-use restrictions above. You're responsible for making sure your prompts and use of outputs comply with applicable law.
By submitting a prompt, you grant Sutertai a limited license to process it in order to generate your image and, unless you opt out in account settings, to use anonymized prompts and outputs to improve our models.
Sutertai offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
We may change plan pricing or features with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
API access is subject to the rate limits, quotas, and uptime commitments described in our developer documentation for your plan. We may throttle or suspend API access that threatens the stability or security of the Service.
The Service itself — including our models, software, branding, and documentation — is owned by Sutertai and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or underlying technology beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that generated images will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, and generative models can occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sutertai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, don't pay for a subscription, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
