Sutertai Private Limited ("Sutertai," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Sutertai website and API (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information described here.
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what's generated automatically as you use the Service, and what we receive from third parties like payment processors.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). If you sign up via Google, we receive the basic profile information that provider shares with us.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment card details directly — we never see or store full card numbers. We retain billing history (plan, amount, and date) for accounting purposes.
We automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, API request metadata, and timestamps, to operate and secure the Service.
The text prompts you submit and the images we generate for you are yours — see our Terms of Service for the full commercial license. We may retain prompts and outputs for a limited period to operate the Service (for example, to let you revisit recent generations) and, unless you opt out in your account settings, to improve and fine-tune our models. We do not sell your prompts or generated images to third parties.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we're required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most of this directly from your account settings, or contact us at the address below and we'll respond within 30 days.

Sutertai is based in India, and we use service providers around the world. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect it.
