The small files that keep you signed in — what they do and how to control them.
Last updated 25 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Sutertai Private Limited ("Sutertai," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Sutertai website and API (together, the "Service"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences — such as staying signed in — over a period of time, so you don't have to re-enter them each time you return. We also use similar technologies like local storage and pixels; in this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies."
| Category | Purpose | Can you disable it? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Sign-in, session, security, and load balancing. The Service can't function without these. | No — required to use the Service |
| Preferences | Remember choices like theme and language. | Yes |
| Analytics | Understand usage in aggregate — pages visited, features used, performance. | Yes |
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.
Some cookies are set by trusted providers who help us run the Service — for example, our payment processor during checkout and our analytics provider. These providers may set their own cookies subject to their own policies. If you sign in with Google, that provider may also set cookies as part of authentication.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or remove them, and warn you before one is set. Because essential cookies are required for the Service to work, disabling them may prevent you from signing in or using key features. Helpful guides are available for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no industry-wide standard for how to respond to DNT, so we do not currently change our behavior based on it. We only use the cookies described in this policy regardless of your DNT setting.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the Service.
